This is my entry for the Way to Use it Challange at Splitcoaststampers. The element we were supposed to incorporante in the card was Sun Rays.

I created the background the same way I am doing lately (I love this technique and it is becoming my persona style), I used 3 distress ink, then I draw my own stencil using as reference the classing sun rays image. Once the background was dried and my stencil was cut , I applied the modeling paste to the card using a spatula. (I like to call it MUSTACHULA and my friend Chiara does not find it funny haha). I then took two pieces of heron, I colored one with distress ink and left the other one white. I tried to stylize the sun, but I didn't get the result I was looking for...oh well!
Then I used a old book page (Don't worry, I don't kill books...I use really old "pink novel" called Harmony), a little bit of doodling, added the sentiment and the card was done.
I really enjoy these little challanges!

I hope you will like the result, as always for any comments, questions, suggestions etc etc please leave a comment HERE !

Till next time, xoxo!
